Your data is yours.

What we collect

Account: your email address. Health signals you authorize via Apple HealthKit: sleep, steps, heart-rate variability, daylight, and mindfulness minutes. Daily check-ins: your mood and energy ratings and an optional short diary note. Movement context:only a single "left home" signal and a count of distinct places — never GPS coordinates, which are processed on your device and never leave it.

How we use it

Solely to compute your BeWell Score, generate your plan, and show you your own patterns. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sensitive text

Diary text is scanned for signs of acute distress only so we can surface support resources to you. It is not used for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can export everything we hold about you as JSON, and delete your account and erase all your data, at any time — both from your account settings (LGPD / GDPR right to access and erasure).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and processed through a single secured backend; access is limited to what's needed to run the service.
